Designing the Future: Meet the Team Behind Bangkok Surf Park
As we move forward with bringing Bangkok Surf Park to life, we’re proud to introduce the Thai expert team leading our design and engineering efforts. Appointed in the second half of 2024, this group brings deep industry experience and a shared commitment to sustainability, innovation, and world-class delivery. Together, they form the foundation of our mission to build Thailand’s first Wavegarden surf park—thoughtfully, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Project Consultant & Lead Advisor – Khun Tanin Sribenjarat
At the core of our design process is Khun Tanin Sribenjarat, a seasoned expert with decades of experience in Thailand’s construction and project management sector. Formerly with PPS – Project Planning Services PCL, Khun Tanin is currently helping to develop the LEAD sustainable construction certification in Thailand, a program under the World Bank’s IFC initiative. His role places him at the forefront of sustainable construction practices in the region. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Cluster of Construction Materials at the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) and contributes to the sustainability working group under FTI’s Institute of Innovation. Khun Tanin provides strategic guidance on architectural design, engineering solutions, and overall project planning—ensuring the team is aligned, efficient, and future-focused.
Engineering – STS Corporation
For geotechnical, structural, and civil engineering, we are working with the highly respected STS Corporation. With a proven track record that includes landmark projects such as the Mahanakhon Building, Thailand’s above-ground and underground train systems, as well as a wide range of infrastructure, commercial, and public developments both locally and internationally, STS brings unmatched expertise to our project. They conducted the soil investigation on our site and are now leading the structural and civil engineering design for both the surf lagoon and the surrounding facilities. www.sts.co.th
MEP Engineering – SECCO
Our MEP systems are led by SECCO, a trusted name in Thailand’s engineering and construction sector with over 45 years of experience. Their wide-ranging capabilities cover electrical, mechanical, communication, and high-voltage systems across industries including real estate, healthcare, education, and hospitality. Our architectural vision is in the hands of Stu/D/O, a leading Thai firm known for design that balances innovation, beauty, and environmental sensitivity. Bringing the green space to life is Landscape Tectonix, a renowned firm with experience in both luxury hospitality and large-scale public infrastructure.
